Common questions

Before you write to us

Do you only supply the products listed on the website?
No. The lists are what buyers ask us for most often, not a catalogue. If a food or industrial product can be bought in India and legally exported, send us the specification and quantity and we will find a vendor and quote it.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
The product, the grade or specification, the quantity, your preferred packing, the destination port and the Incoterm you want quoted. If you are unsure of the grade, describe the end use and we will advise.
Which Incoterms do you quote on?
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Shipments are arranged as full container load, less than container load, reefer or air freight depending on the goods and the urgency.
Can you send a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. For food and agricultural goods where grade matters, a sample is normally sent for approval before the bulk order is committed.
Can one shipment contain products from several vendors?
Yes. Mixed loads are consolidated from multiple suppliers into a single shipment with one invoice and one point of contact.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order and per buyer relationship — typically an advance against proforma invoice, or a letter of credit for larger shipments. Terms are set out in writing with the quotation.
